Shipping Method: Freight LTL
Freight LTL: Items that weigh over 150 lbs must ship on a pallet. Large and heavy products ship LTL freight on a pallet. Expect delivery typically within 7 business days.
Freight Delivery Instructions: The Freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time. Delivery times are not guaranteed and will only be made Monday through Friday. You will need to schedule the delivery within two business days from the day you are contacted. Failure to do this may result in storage fees. Storage fees must be paid by the consumer before the shipment is released.
The driver will place the pallet on curbside at the end of your driveway.
Signature is required for all Freight LTL deliveries.

You can however we recommend that you leave it at the factory setting as it is set for optimum usage. The only time you should adjust your water level is if you are having a weak flush. We recommend that you contact Whitehaus Collection first.

What is the Gallons Per Flush?
Our dual flush system allows for two types of flushes. A 1.1 Gallon per flush for liquid and 1.6 Gallon per Flush for solids.
What should I use to clean the toilet?
As with any toilet, you should never drop a bleach tablet inside of the tank. Bleach can harm working gaskets inside of the toilet. We recommend using a liquid bowl cleaner and a mild soap on the outside of the toilet. Clean with warm water and rinse.
